JULY 13, 2026 NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR JOB ORDER CONTRACT NUMBERS 150, 151, & 152 LA COUNTY PROJECTS IFB NUMBER LACDA26-043 Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) until the date indicated below under Solicitation Requirements for Job Order Contract Numbers 150, 151 & 152 for construction services. The term of the contracts will be for one (1) year or the expenditure of the maximum contract value ($6, 402, 606.00), whichever comes first. Provided however, that if a work order is issued by LACDA prior to the expiration of the annual contract period, the contract term shall be automatically extended solely to allow the original scope of such work order to be completed. There is no minimum contract value. Bidders must answer all questions in the solicitation package. Failure to submit accurate and complete responses may result in a determination that the bidder is non-responsible. This will include furnishing all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract documents. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package containing all submission requirements may be downloaded from the LACDA-s Procurement System website at https://procurement.opengov.com/prtal/lacda. In submitting a bid, each bidder thereby agrees that, if awarded a contract, it shall execute a standard LACDA contract, a sample of which is attached to the bid package for reference. The LACDA shall not award a contract to, or be obligated to execute a contract with, any bidder who refuses to execute said standard LACDA contract.
