Tenders are invited for Job management follow-up, NAV Vest-Viken

Short description : Job management follow-up is a work-oriented follow-up measure for people who have been shown to have impaired cognitive function with or without psychosis problems through testing in the specialist health service, and / or have a psychosis disorder in the schizophrenia spectrum (diagnosis group F20-F29) as well as personsmore have been diagnosed with such a diagnosis and are in remission. The measure requires close cooperation with the NAV and the treatment institution. The measure shall provide the individual participant with individualized follow-up assistance that is necessary to obtain or retain ordinary paid work.
