The subject of the award is the construction of a waterworks - the main drainage facility (hereinafter referred to as "HOZ") in the c.ú. Drásov, village of Drásov, district of Brno-venkov, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), in the wording of later regulations and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, in the property of the state and the competence to manage the SPÚ as follows: - "HOZ DRÁSOV O1", ID 5010000003-11201000, open channel (trapezoidal ground profile) with a total length of 1.679 km, year of acquisition 1963 The subject of the award will be the part of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 6 m open on plot no. 2584 in c.ú.
