Purpose of expert opinion: Transfer of property according to Act No. 92/1991 Coll., as amended. The transfer will be carried out in the form of a direct sale to a predetermined buyer to the owner of the building at lot no. St. 352/2 The applicant is the owner of the related property and the transfer completes ownership. For this reason, Annex No. 3 of Act to Decree No. 441/2013 Coll., Table No. 1 to be used for sign 2.
