Purpose of the expert opinion: Transfer of agricultural land according to § 10, paragraph 3 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., as amended: Based on a written request, the State Land Office will transfer to the owner, or co-owner of the building, which is an immovable property, and/ agricultural the land on which this building is located, if the owner or co-owner of the building is the authorized user of this land, or b/ agricultural land or its separate part in the form of a parcel adjacent to the land on which this building is located, if o land functionally connected to this building and the owner or co-owner of the building is its authorized user.
