Requested price (professional question): Price according to Decree No. 182/1988 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 316/1990 Coll., in accordance with Act No. 229/1991 Coll., as amended. Purpose of the expert opinion: Transfer of replacement land. The subject of the order is a valuation of the transferred replacement land in the scope of: Overview of possible requirements, which will be specified as necessary in the assignment for the processing of an expert opinion:  identification of the land, cadastral territory, type of land, parc. number, area;  all will be awarded parts of the land;  the appurtenances of the land will be valued if they are owned by the state, with which the competent State Land Office (hereafter referred to as "SPÚ") is responsible for management,  in the event that it follows from the communication of the state administration authorities pursuant to § 6 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll. that it is land intended for development (either by ÚPD or zoning decision), this must be stated in the order, with the fact that the expert must check these facts (in particular, whether the land is designated for development by ÚPD in whole or only part of it) and take it into account during the valuation; while it is necessary to draw the expert's attention to Act No. 66/2000 Coll., - when valuing land intended for development, the provisions of § 6 of Proclamation No. 85/1976 Coll., as amended;  as necessary, a map image, an extract from the real estate cadastre, an orthophoto map, if necessary, will be attached to the order comparative compilation of parcels, a copy of the land inspection according to § 6 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., a copy of the current regional planning information for the land(s) according to § 21 of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., if the SPÚ has it available  the reasons will be described in detail by an expert for price corrections according to Annex No. 7 of the relevant Appraisal Decree and these conclusions supported by annexes (opinions of the ...
