Pierce County (hereafter known as 'the County') is looking to secure consulting services from a platinum-tiered Atlassian partner to consult with Pierce County Information Technology (IT) as we replace our current service management solution with Jira Service Management (JSM). This consultation should include a wholistic view of Pierce County IT-s JIRA deployment and provide consulting on an overall approach using the suite of Atlassian products in addition to the introduction of JSM. Pierce currently uses Jira Software, Atlas, Confluence, and Tempo and is looking to add JSM and Jira Work Management (JWM).
