The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District needs a Contractor to furnish all services, labor, equipment, supplies, tools and incidentals necessary to perform geotechnical soils laboratory testing. Testing shall be conducted by a USACE-validated lab in accordance with ASTM methods and quantities described herein.
The resulting award issued from this request will result in one award.
