Group, we invite you to participate in this procedure and submit an offer in the KGHM SAP Ariba purchasing system. Subject of the order is: JGKL_GC_2026_TBE TERRA 500V wheel changer - 2 pcs. in accordance with the material scope included in Annex No. 1 to the draft contract (Annex No. 3 to the SIWZ) Technical parameters and equipment of the subject of the order are minimum requirements, i.e. potential Contractors may offer devices with different (not worse) parameters and equipment after obtaining the consent of the Ordering Party, in the form of questions and answers (until the deadline for submitting offers), on the terms specified in the Terms of Reference. Deadline submission of offers until: June 18, 2026 at 13:00 Deadline for task completion: up to 4 months from the date of mutual signing of the contract.
