The State of Missouri Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction Jefferson City, Missouri 2.0 PROJECT TITLE AND NUMBER: A. Jefferson City Readiness Center Building 1 Repairs to Interior/Exterior Jefferson Readiness Center Jefferson City, Missouri Project No.: T2505-01 3.0 BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED: A. Until: 1:30 PM, July 28, 2026 B. Only electronic bids sent to [email protected] shall be accepted: (See Instructions to Bidders for further detail) 4.0 DESCRIPTION: A. Scope: The project includes modifications to three separate buildings and the site. Interior work includes a total gut and reconfiguration of the men's and women's restrooms and showers. For the remainder of the building, offices and classrooms will receive new interior finishes, doors, ceilings, new HVAC and lighting. Exterior work includes a new membrane roof, gutter and downspout replacement, hollow metal door replacement, and new exterior metal soffits and spray foam insulation. Site work includes replacement and addition of paving and drives. B. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. NOTE: Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity as of the date of bid opening, or SDVE(s) meeting the requirements of Section 34.074, RSMo and 1 CSR 30-5.010, can be used to satisfy the MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals for this project. 5.0 PRE-BID MEETING: A.
