Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with DLT Solutions, Herndon, VA, for the JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (or JBoss EAP) in support of the US Navy s Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) program.
The required software is a subscription-based/open-source Java EE-based application server runtime platform used for building, deploying, and hosting highly-transactional Java applications and services. It is required for the Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS). The software is used on the ADMACS System in multiple locations (the Lakehurst Laboratory and onboard Aircraft Carriers laptops). It is required for the computers to run and support the ADMACS system. Quantity (6) 64-Core Standard P/N MW0186831RN, Renewal JBoss Enterprise Application Platform w/Management up to 64-cores, Standard (12/5 Phone and Web) Support, 1 year are required.
Blanket Purchase Agreement N00189-17-A-Q002 has been established with DLT Solutions LLC and is in effect until 26 December 2021. As per memorandum (Mandatory use of Department of the Navy Enterprise Licensing Agreements) dated 22 February 2012; it is mandatory all Department of the Navy (DON) organizations and programs use DON Enterprise Licensing Agreements (ELAs) to achieve maximum cost savings.
