SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
JANITORIAL SUPPLIES
(PR-2026-1011-00034)
1) The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund - Annual Budget 2026 - 1011-50203990 - Other Supplies Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Five Pesos and 54/00 Centavos (Php4, 356, 955.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Janitorial Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Janitorial Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
