Description : I. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
Procurement of Janitorial Services of PNU Visayas for CY 2026
1. The Philippine Normal University Visayas through the funding of the Government of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos and 62/100 only (Php 1, 603, 720.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PNU-VIS - GD 2026-03-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Proposals.
2. The Philippine Normal University Visayas now invites Bidders/Suppliers to submit eligibility requirements and quotations for the Procurement of Janitorial Services of PNU Visayas for CY 2026. The mode of procurement is Small Value Procurement.
