Item1: ( 910 - 39 ) Routine Janitorial Services for Eldra Schulterbrandt Residential Facility, 4185 Annas Retreat, St. Thomas, USVI, a 24/7 residential behavioral health facility. Services shall be performed twice daily, seven days per week, from 7:00 AM-11:00 AM and 5:00 PM-9:00 PM, and shall include cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting, trash removal, restroom servicing, kitchen cleaning, resident room cleaning, office cleaning, common area cleaning, supply replenishment, and required cleaning logs.
