Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
Janitorial Services for all NORSU Campuses
1) The Negros Oriental State University-Bids and Awards Committee, through the
GAA of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Forty-Five
Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and 10/100 Only (Php 7, 745, 646.10) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Janitorial Services for all NORSU Campuses. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Negros Oriental State University now invites bids for the abovementioned project.
Delivery of the Goods is required for a period Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt
of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date
of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
