Forest Park Government (the City) is soliciting bids for Project Title from qualified and experienced janitorial service providers to perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance services for various City-owned facilities. The purpose of this contract is to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees, residents, and visitors.The contract will be for an initial one (1) year term with the City reserving the right for two (2) optional one-year renewals at the City-s discretion. It is estimated that there are eight (8) locations requiring frequent janitorial services. This RFB will cover any other City-owned or leased facilities that may require janitorial services within the term of the contract.This procurement is being conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the City-s Code of Ordinances, including its Procurement Code, and the particular method of source selection for the services sought in this RFB is Code Section 3-1-16; Competitive Sealed RFBs.
