Description : Terms of Reference of Janitorial Services



Technical Specifications:



1. One (1) year provision of Janitorial Services at Mambuaya National High School - Division of Cagayan de Oro City, rendering one (1) Shifts:

6:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 2:00PM-5:00PM

Five (5) days a week (Monday-Friday)



2. The Service Provider shall provide for (1) utility personnel who is:

a. One (1) female

b. of good moral character and without criminal or police records;

c. physically and mentally fit, as evidenced by the medical certificate; and

d. duly trained and skilled to function as utility personnel.

e. Must be physically fit and be able to assist in hauling of office furniture, equipment, supplies and materials.



3. The Service Provider shall assign a Roving Supervisor from its own account to monitor the performance of the utility worker-s attendance and handle consolidation of daily timecards periodically in preparation for the billing to Mambuaya National High School.
