This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Regina Public Library (the Library) to enter into a contract to provide janitorial services to the central library and seven branch libraries. Central library for a period of two years commencing June 1st, 2024, with the option to extend for a 3rd and 4th year with a price escalation in the 3rd and 4th years. Branch libraries for a period of three years commencing June 1st, 2024 with the option to extend for a 4th and 5th year with a price escalation in the 4th and 5th year.
