JANITORIAL AND CLERICAL MANPOWER SERVICES FOR CAVITE ECONOMIC ZONE
1) The PHILIPPINE ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY - CAVITE ECONOMIC ZONE (PEZA-CEZ), through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Six Hundred Twelve Pesos and 44/100 Only (₱11, 380, 612.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Janitorial and Clerical Manpower Services for Cavite Economic Zone (CEZITB 2026-06-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PEZA-CEZ now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required for a period of One (1) year which may be renewed/extended subject to the conditions stipulated in renewable annually up to a maximum of three (3) years, subject to compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including R.A. No. 9184 and R.A. No. 12009 and its IRR, and the applicable prevailing GPPB Resolution on Procurement of Security and Janitorial Services. Bidders should have completed, ...
