Object and purpose of the information request:
The purpose of the request for information is to survey the solutions on the market and especially companies that have the ability to design and implement an extensive simulation system for the Customer's needs. Information requests are used to gather information for procurement planning.
Hipposalue, which is being built in Jyvaskyla, offers an international-level complex for exercise, hobbies and sports. The area strengthens Jyvaskyla's position in sports, as a center for top sports, research and education. Hipposkeskus consists of four entities: Sports Center, Expertise Center, Ice Sports Center and Parking Hall HipposPark. Jyvaskyla University of Applied Sciences' Welfare Unit moves to the 5th and 6th floors of the Knowledge Center. Construction begins in January 2026 and will be completed at the end of 2027. The commissioning of the facilities is planned for August 2027.
The object of the acquisition is a simulation system (AV system), which covers simulation spaces and learning spaces on two floors, as well as control spaces, from which simulation situations and connections are controlled in different to teaching facilities. With the help of the simulation system, simulation exercises resembling authentic interaction and customer situations are created for educational purposes.
