THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET MAPPING AND TECHNICAL DIALOGUE: Simulation system Object and purpose of the request for information: The purpose of the request for information is to map the solutions on the market and especially companies that have the ability to design and implement an extensive simulation system for the Customer's needs. The information request is used to gather information for procurement planning. The Hipposalue being built in Jyvaskyla offers an international-level package for exercise, hobbies and sports. The area strengthens Jyvaskyla's position in sports, as a center for top sports, research and education. Hipposkeskus consists of four entities: Sports Center, Expertise Center, Ice Sports Center and Parking Hall HipposPark. Jyvaskyla University of Applied Sciences' Welfare Unit moves to the 5th and 6th floors of the Knowledge Center. Construction begins in January 2026 and will be completed at the end of 2027. The commissioning of the facilities is planned for August 2027. The object of the procurement is a simulation system (AV system), which covers simulation rooms and learning rooms on two floors, as well as control rooms from which simulation situations and connections are controlled in different to teaching facilities. With the help of the simulation system, simulation exercises resembling authentic interaction and customer situations are created for educational purposes.
