Tender Details

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has been engaged by the Government of Jamaica (GoJ) (the “Client”) to advise on the structuring and implementation of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the development and operation of a national Fixed and Mobile Broadband Network (the “Project”). The Project aims to unlock productivity and service-delivery across priority sectors including education, healthcare, public safety, and innovation. To support in the delivery of the advisory mandate, IFC seeks to hire a Technical Consultant to support on all technical matters covering Phase 2 (tender implementation) of the mandate. This will involve review of completed due diligence reports, technical inputs into contractual agreements and working with other specialized consultants as part of the IFC team.
