The subject of the award is the construction of a water structure - the main drainage facility (HOZ) in the c.ú. Řemíčov, Řemíčov village, Tábor district, which is registered in accordance with § 56, paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended regulations and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, in the property of the state and under the jurisdiction of managing the State Land Office as follows: - "MLADÁ VOŽICE II, Location 12, Waste A", ID 2010000311-11201000, channel with a total length of 300 m (of which the open part is 27 m long and the piped part DN 300 is 273 m long), year of acquisition 1990. land plot no. 344/27, 344/26 and 344/21 in the Civil Code Remíčov.
