Pre-solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation Small Business set-aside for Medical Physicist Testing Service, for the Kansas City VA Medical Center, Kansas City, MO. This acquisition shall be 100% set aside for Small Business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541690. The size standard is $19.0 Million. Vendor must be an authorized Technician and must provide a letter from the manufacturer. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ), which will be released on November 13, 2025 with a deadline of November 24, 2025 NLT 10:00 AM CST. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number 36C25526Q0077 Medical Physicist Testing Service in the subject line to paul.dixon@va.gov. All amendments and any other information pertaining to this solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) must be verified in the VIP database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/).
