IX for the treatment of congenital bleeding. procurement of factor preparations and prothrombin complex concentrate by December 31, 2025 in the framework of an accelerated open procedure aimed at concluding a framework agreement, including:

1. part: IX. factor preparation (ATC code: B02BD04) : 25, 000, 000 NE

2. part: prothrombin complex concentrate with known VIIF activity (ATC code: B02BD01): 720, 000 IU
