I - Subject matter of the order: The subject of this order is the implementation of the task entitled: "IV Secondary School ul. Kozielska 1a - adaptation of the building to fire protection regulations - construction works", which includes: 1) construction works, in particular: a) demolition and preparatory works, dismantling, cutting and planting trees, b) adapting the building to fire protection regulations, including: - fire separation of staircases; - construction of windows and doors to the extent indicated in the design documentation; - securing building partitions to the required fire resistance; - protection of the ceiling in the basement with a fire-retardant spray; - replacement of the structure and floor of the platform (stage) of the auditorium; - protection of the wooden elements of the auditorium ceiling and the roof structure of the building for NRO; - replacement of the roof covering with felt felt for NRO on the main part of the building, the connector and the gymnasium; - execution steel lintels and load-bearing beams and reconstruction of the roof truss to the extent enabling the installation of smoke flaps; - moving the electricity measurement and billing set outside the building; - installing a certified fire protection switch set pru...
