Tenders are invited for mowing services required at various cemeteries across the Sunshine Coast Council region.This contract consists of 12 separable portions:• Separable Portion A – Buderim Cemetery• Separable Portion B – Caloundra Cemetery• Separable Portion C – Eumundi Cemetery• Separable Portion D – Gheerulla Cemetery• Separable Portion E – Witta Cemetery• Separable Portion F – Yandina Cemetery• Separable Portion G – Beerburrum, Beerwah and Peachester Cemeteries• Separable Portion H – Diddillibah and Woombye Cemeteries• Separable Portion I – Flaxton and Mapleton Cemeteries• Separable Portion J – Landsborough and Mooloolah Cemeteries• Separable Portion K – Nambour Garden and Old Nambour Cemeteries•Separable Portion L – Kulangoor CemeteriesRespondents can submit tenders for one (1), all or any combination of Separable Portions.The successful contractor/s will be required to perform scheduled mowing (broadacre mowing, mulch mowing, catcher mowing and/or slashing) and detailing (including edging, blowing down and removal of debris). Services provided are expected to be of a high standard to meet community expectations. This is a schedule of rates contract, commencing on 1 July 2026 and expiring 30 June 2029, with two (2) further extension options, each of up to 12 months, at Council’s sole discretion.
