Tenders are invited from irrigation specialists for the supply and installation of irrigation pumps and pipes connecting to four irrigation tanks and a pontoon jetty.This is a lump sum supply and installation contract, with works under this contract including, but not limited to:•Irrigation design, including meetings with Council, hold points and key deliverables•Manufacture and installation of all necessary pipes and components•Supply and install pumps and valves•Fabrication and supply of pipe spools and brackets etc.•Connection to buried irrigation mains•Electrical installation•Potable water installation•Pump plinths•Testing and commissioning•RPEQ Certifications as required•Site safety management•As constructed hand over package•Warranties as requiredThe successful contractor is required to provide all materials, plant and labour, to perform all necessary operations to ensure the complete and proper completion of the works associated with this Contract.An information session will be held on site for interested irrigation specialists on 24 June 2025 at 10:00 am. This meeting is not mandatory but it is recommended that potential Respondents attend to familiarise themselves with the project and site conditions.It is Councils objective for the pumps and pipes to be manufactured and certified, ready for delivery and installation by November 2025 which will coincide with the installation of tanks and pontoon jetty (to be delivered by others).
