Council is seeking to engage an experienced Civil Design Consultant as Principal Consultant to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to carry out a design development for the Caloundra Aerodrome Precinct - Pathfinder Drive, Caloundra.The Principal Consultant role includes providing all civil design services for the project, together with responsibility for the engagement and management of all sub-consultants/disciplines. A full design team is expected to be engaged as required to complete the design works. This must include, but is not limited to, the following:• Building Certification and Approval• Town Planner• Structural Engineer / Geotechnical Engineer• Civil Engineer• Electrical Engineer (including PMT and network infrastructure advice)• Airport lighting consultant• Airport security consultant• Airport Security fencing consultant• Fire Services Engineer• Sewer network engineer• Stormwater and overland flow• Hydraulic Engineer• Traffic Engineer• Energy Efficiency consultant• Quantity Surveyor / Cost Planning Consultant• Cultural heritage assessment• Landscape Design• Hazardous Substances (PFAS etc) (Land Parcel 1 & 2 on SP312324 Environment Management Register Lists fuel storage and potential PFAS)• Transport and Main Roads approvals if required.This is a lump sum contract.
