Tender Details

NIC is requesting responses to this Invitation to Tender for the construction of the new Centre of

Excellence in Early Learning at NIC-s Comox Valley Campus in Courtenay, BC. The College is seeking to

select a General Contractor for the construction of the project. The Centre of Excellence in Early

Learning will be located adjacent to the existing Beaufort Childcare Centre, which needs to remain

operational throughout construction and accessible from the street.

Site walk through: North Island College and Stantec will host a site walkthrough on May 9, 2024 @

11:00 am at 2300 Ryan Road, Courtenay BC, V9N 8N6. Refer to Invitation to Tender.

Attendance is non-mandatory but strongly recommended. Proponents must confirm their intention to attend the site walkthrough with the NIC contact person indicated on the Invitation to Tender. The site walkthrough

will not be held if no proponent registers with NIC.
