Tender Details

The work site is Canyon Heights Elementary School, located at 4501 Highland Boulevard, North Vancouver, BC V7R 3A2. The existing boilers, boiler venting, wiring (power and controls), piping (hydronic, gas, and condensate) and zone circulating pumps are being replaced with new boilers, new boiler pumps, new secondary pumps (with VFD's), new boiler venting, and new boiler piping (hydronic, gas, and condensate). The existing controls will be modified and expanded as necessary to accommodate the upgraded building heating hot water systems. Where necessary, the Contractor will demolition and / or extend the existing concrete housekeeping pads as necessary to accommodate the footprint of the new / relocated equipment. The Contractor will also clean and make good the Boiler Room floor. Please see documents within the bid package for all details on the project and the mandatory site meeting.
