IE080408_81385, Material Testing and Inspection Services Standing Offer AgreementDefence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" the following professional services at Dwyer Hill Training Centre, Ontario, Ontario: Sampling and testing of concrete, Asphalt and Aggregates. Gradation (Sieve) Analysis. Modified Proctor. Standard Proctor. Concrete Compression Test. Concrete Air and Slump Test. Concrete Core Analysis. Mortar or grout compressive test. Asphalt Marshall Analysis. Asphalt Cores. Super Pave. Mass Concrete Temperature Monitoring. Confirmation of bearing capacity. Soil and Rock at foundation inspection and recommendations. Quality Auditing of structural steel. Flexural Strength Concrete Test. In place compaction testing. In place density testing.Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the ITT. The objective of this ITT is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $885, 000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods and increased by a value of $975, 000 at any time.
