The back intends to conclude a new agreement for ITSM software. The assignment consists of providing maintenance and management of a SaaS IT Service Management (ITSM) solution and related services to the IT company of the University of Groningen (CIT) for its ITIL processes. By related services we mean additional activities such as support, the realization of links, migration of CMDB data, consultancy, implementation plan and implementing the exit plan. The scope of this assignment for delivery ITSM software includes the following components: ● delivery ITSM software based on Saas, including self -service portal; ● Implementation ITSM software; ● Conversion data in the CMDB.
