Information Technology Services
Summary Details:
The Ministry of Attorney General, Court Services Branch is looking to engage with a vendor to provide remote support and consultation services to the Court Technology Office for the configuration, care and maintenance of current and/or future hardware and software components related to videoconference infrastructure and endpoints, which include but are not limited to: Cisco Video Communications Server (VCS) Controller and Expressway, Telepresence Content Server (TCS); Telepresence Management Suite (TMS); ISDN Gateway and any redundant and related appliances, including configuration of and connectivity to the videoconference endpoints.
The contractor must be able to provide escalated support for Court Services Branch videoconferencing environment, including initiation and ownership of Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) cases where engagement with the manufacturer is necessary.
As a condition of finalizing any service contracts with the Province, including service contracts arising from procurement processes, those contracts will require that all contractors and their personnel and any subcontractors and their personnel who will access BC government workplaces be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccines approved for use in Canada, subject to any authorized exemptions.
