Invitation To Qualify (ITQ) - EC015-242026 - Lead Paint Abatement - Mactaquac NB, Biodiversity Facility Scope of work includes removal and disposal of flaking/peeling lead-based paint from structural steel frames in the Left and Right wings of the Mactaquac Biodiversity Facility, and re-painting the frames. Appendices A and B will include the lead paint analytical results, estimated quantities and site photos. All fish tanks will be empty during the construction period. All hazardous materials must be removed and disposed as required following procedures outlined in the specifications and following provincial codes of practices for Removal Hazardous Materials. Under no circumstances shall the contractor deviate from these procedures. Location: Mactaquac Biodiversity Facility, 114 Fish Hatchery Lane, French Village NB The project requires construction sequenced over a two-year timeframe: May 1 to September 30, 2024 - Year One (1) includes - work within left wing.
