Please note that this ITB consists of three (3) separate Lots, as specified in Annex III - Description of Requirements. To enable you to prepare and submit a bid, please find enclosed the following Annexes:Annex I - Instructions to Bidders; Annex I-A - ILO e-Sourcing Platform Supplier User Guide; Annex II-A - Certification to be submitted by a Bidder in an ILO Competitive Bidding Procedure; Annex II-B - Bidder-s Information Form; Annex II-C - Recent References; Annex II-D - Price Submission Form; Annex III-A - Description of the Requirements. LOT 1: Self-Contained Self-Rescuers (SCSR) for Coal Mining; Annex III-B - Description of the Requirements. LOT 2: Procurement of Artificial Lung Ventilators; Annex III-C - Description of the Requirements.
