SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WELFARE GOODS
1) The Municipality of Manay, through the Annual Fund CY-20261 under the Peace and Order program intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Six (P4, 395, 286.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)to payments under the contract of Lot 2, Supply and Delivery of Welfare Goods with Project Identification No. 101-2026-04-21-02G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
