Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
7, 575 SACKS OF 10KG/SACK RICE
1) The Municipality of Manay, through TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLON NINE HUNDRRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P 4, 999, 500) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the supply and Delivery of 7575 SACKS OF 10KG/SACK OF RICE with Project Identification No. 401-26-10-26-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Manay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 7 calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order . Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
