The Project is funded by the FEMA Hazzard Mitigation Grant Program which has specific requirements that must be followed. The estimated budget for this project is $798, 675.A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 02:00pm, at Davie Police Department, located at 1230 S Nob Hill Road Davie, FL 33324. A site visit will immediately follow the Pre-Bid Conference. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference and site visit.The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts.
