1) The LGU-Matalom, Leyte, through the GF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos ₱4, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Expansion of Municipal Hall at San Pedro, Matalom, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The LGU-Matalom, Leyte, through the GF 2026 intends to apply the sum of LOT 1: -4, 000, 000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
