1) The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte through the PMNP PBG TRANCHE 2, PMNP HPG 2026, GF 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE PESOS AND 37/100 ₱ 532, 181.37 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Semi-Expendable Machinery and Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
