Invitation to Bid
1. The Barangay Rizal, through the Province Aid - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 300, 000.00 being the approved budget of the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BBR-003-12-26-ITB. Bids receive in excess of the Approved budget of the Contract (ABC) shall automatically be rejected at bid opening of materials for Procurement of Office Equipment, Furniture and Appliances of Barangay Rizal, Sagay City.
2. The Barangay Rizal, now invites bids for materials for Procurement of Office Equipment, Furniture and Appliances. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to bidders.
3. Bidding will be through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IIR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as “ Government Procurement Reform Act”.
