1) The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte through the 5% Local DRRM Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS AND ₱ 3, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Motor Vehicle at LGU-Matalom, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte, through the 5% Local DRRM Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of LOT. 1-3, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
