1) The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte through the PMNP HPG, PMNP HPG 2026, PBG TRANCHE 2 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVEN SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TEN PESOS ₱776, 310.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND SNACKS-(PMNP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
