1) The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte through the GF 2026, SB No 2 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ₱ 980, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF AIRCONDITON UNIT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Matalom, Leyte, through the GF 2026, SB No 2 2025 intends to apply the sum of LOT. 1-140, 000.00, LOT 2-60, 000.00, LOT 3-780, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
