The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-Drugs and Medicines Expenses CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy Two Pesos & 36/100 Only (PhP5, 767, 172.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-05-054 PROCUREMENT OF P.O. MEDICINES, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
