The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the PGO-Drugs and Medicines Expenses CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP1, 320, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-05-052 PROCUREMENT OF I.V. FLUIDS, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
