The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Medical & Dental Mission (Serbisyo Caravan) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (PhP2, 920, 750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-04-051 PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
