The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Trust Fund- LGSF - FA - Bagong Pilipinas Rice Program intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million One Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP12, 198, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-04-050 PROCUREMENT OF COMMERCIAL RICE, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
