The Provincial Government of Eastern Samar, through the Trust Fund - DRRMF - Office of the President - SCPF - Typhoon Tino intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos Only (PhP4, 995, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ITB No. (GDS) 2026-03-036 PROCUREMENT OF HYGIENE KITS, Province of Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
